We encourage strong family connections. We have an open-door policy for families, allowing visits at any reasonable time that is comfortable for the resident. This is their home, and family is always welcome.
Our staff is rigorously trained in emergency protocols, CPR, and First Aid. In the event of an emergency, we immediately contact emergency services (911), notify the family, and coordinate with the resident's primary care physician.
We strive to make the transition as smooth as possible. It begins with a comprehensive assessment by our registered nurse to understand the clinical and personal needs. From there, we formulate a care plan and assist the family with moving logistics to ensure immediate comfort.
